The architects have described it as a bioclimatic and technological house that was built with 100% digital processes. The environmentally-friendly home is optimized and intelligent, and its efficient and sustainable construction reduces errors and saves time. All the equipment is interconnected via the internet, making home automation a possibility, enabling the execution of orders for increased comfort and efficient energy use. The HVAC system adapts to the weather forecast, the irrigation system operates depending on soil moisture and rain forecast, and mechanical ventilation activates when the concentration of C02 is high. The switches are autonomous, without wiring, and function via radio. The two wood modules are prefabricated in a wood shop and assembled on site, which together have a floor area of 96m2. The facades are covered with larch wood mounted on a ventilated chamber. The glass used is high performance.
